Esther leads finance and people operations, holding the company's books and its culture with the same care.
She built the framework behind SEBBAK's deferred-compensation model — the structure that lets the team build toward revenue milestones with stipends and full salaries phasing in as the company hits MRR targets. It is a model that demands both financial rigour and genuine trust.
On the people side she owns hiring, onboarding and the contracts and equity agreements that keep a growing team aligned and fairly treated.
